I am trying to log into the License Portal to view my licenses. I have attempted to change the password, but I am not receiving an email from Lightburn (checked spam, promotions, and all other inboxes). I cannot email support for a change because I do not know the license and I don’t have the license because I cannot get into the Portal.

This is - for the most part - a issue if the license is not assigned to your email address.
Best to contact support@lightburnsoftware.com for assistance.
Make sure to provide the license key if you have it, as it will make things easier.
