It’s been a year since I started getting my LB license, and now LB has asked for a renewal of $30 for another year. I use my software very little and for the most part, works fine. But I find it hard to justify a renewal at this time. if in the future (12+ months) I have a need to use it more and or perhaps there is a newer feature that I cannot live without it, will have the chance to update and pay the renewal fee at that time, or will I have to buy a whole new license?
There’s no problem renewing after your expiration. There’s an incentive to renewing before your expiration as LightBurn will add another couple of months to the validity period. Otherwise when you renew after your expiration you’ll get the straight 12 months of additional updates.
