License renewal not working

I am trying to renew my license and get a pop up box saying my license is valid but passed the renewal date. When I click on renew and enter my email address and password . it doesn’t recognize it, I have tried the forgot password route and it says no email address valid for this address. Can you please help.

Also I can not find my license key, can you help with this as it may allow me to renew.

You likely did not create an account when you purchased the license initially.

This is required for renewal. Normally I’d suggest you login to the License Portal but if you don’t have an account I’m not sure if you’d have access.
