I asked about swapping Window license to a newer win computer but the windows computer that is licensed with LB has died (hard drive dead) before I could de-activate it. How can I resolve this to have the newer Windows computer to have the Win version of license transferred to it? I have a Linux version under the same license working in my office but the Windows computer will be used at the laser in my shop.
You should be able to have any two computers activated concurrently. If you are unable to deactivate from a no longer needed computer then you can manage activations using the License Portal.
Login and remove the activation that you no longer need.
