Licensing on linux 1.7 & mac 1.8

Hi,
I am a new Lightburn user and I need some clarification on licensing. I plan to use 2 seats, one for Mac, one for Linux. I know that the current version 1.7x is the last one for Linux, so:

  1. If I buy 1 license (3 seats) in version 1.7 now, will I be able to use on Mac version 1.8 when it comes out in a few days, and stay with version 1.7 on Linux?
  2. If so, will I be able to uninstall version 1.7 from my old Linux computer in the future and register 1.7 it on my new Linux computer?
  3. If I wait for version 1.8, will anything change in my configuration? Or does it not matter and I don’t have to wait?
(buy now: install 1.7 on linux, install 1.8 on mac when it comes
    vs
wait for 1.8, buy license and install 1.8 on mac, and download 1.7 for linux)

You will be able to use Mac version 1.8 when it comes out and stay with version 1.7 on Linux. If you wait until 1.8 comes out, you can use still use 1.7 or any older versions that would like. Here’s our version archive Index of /LightBurn/Release/
