Hello. The laptop in which I had Lightburn installed broke down, but to use Lightburn again from another laptop I need the license key. Can you help me?

The email address you used to sign up on our forum, is correctly entered in the License Server. The Key should have been emailed to that address. The License Portal link in the Top right Corner of this screen will allow you access to the license server to remove the damaged / defective computer from your key.
The key was purchased January 22, 2022, so you’re eligible to use Versions of LightBurn up to and including 1.3.01.

It’s worth noting for next time that Oz put an additional 2-month leeway into the license system for users that renew before expiry; 14 months for the price of 12.
Hello, I’m very new to this as a hobby(laser and lightburn). So new I still have 2 weeks on my trial. But I remember reading a 2 computer limit and if you want more to contact them. So maybe if you do that they can look up your license by name and delete the old computer then provide you with the license number?.. jmo.

@frankyminune is only showing one activation in their entire history. With the Key emailed, and accessible via the License portal, it should be available self-serve without taking risks with anyone’s privacy.
I’d also be fairly comfortable deleting an old computer from the License Registry. The key is not something we share here - there is software in place to trap keys and remove License keys from messages.

I think I deleted the valid license key by mistake.I only see the old license 
If you Purchased a License with a different email address, I won’t be able to see it or make adjustments to it, without additional information.
I see that you logged into the License Portal correctly and I can see on Shopify that you did Purchase your last License Key (with your forum email) in January 2022.
If you download LightBurn 1.3.01 and enter your ‘old License key’ it should find the license server and work quite well for you.
I can’t find to download version 1.3.01 Where can I download this version?
