Lighburn wont laser image

hi whenever i try to laser an image it starts then then stops

My laser did the same thing.

Here are things I did:

  1. Disabled USB power management
  2. Upgraded the firmware
  3. Disabled “Espressi Mass Storage”
  4. For some reason LB “find my laser” installed it as “GRBL M-3 1.1 or earlier”. I manually installed it set to just “GRBL”.

I don’t know which one or all was the factor, all I know is no problems after.

where can i find Espressi Mass Storage? i cant seem to find it
