i have wisely engraver MY-M30F-III it is not compatible with light burn can you give me any advice

I haven’t come across that specific model before, so I’m not sure offhand what controller it uses. What software does it come with?
It doesn’t appear on our hardware matrix either.
I’d recommend downloading LightBurn and running the 30-day free trial to test compatibility

It should be compatible. It uses the same board that’s in mine, I believe.
It’s likely the driver you’re using isn’t the correct one.

yes it is not reading and i tried to install it manually by selectin jzc and import the ezcad software into it but still not working i believe there is installation method that i am missing i sent email for wisley waiting for their reply
Are you sure you have the correct drivers for it installed?

Was it a link for a Lightburn driver? Some of these could use different drivers.
