I’m running an OMtech 50w fiber model and running the latest version of lightburn1.4.01. I successfully tested my first metal piece and then swapped the piece for another one to run another job and pressed start. The laser wouldn’t fire. and when I frame the contour frame won’t show up and the laser won’t fire again. What am I missing?
ok contour will go on now but the laser isn’t firing. Any suggestions?
Did you change focus when you changed materials? Focus is very critical with these…
yes the focus was out of range so I adjusted it and now its working. A couple of times the laser wouldn’t detect or say no devices connected in lightburn so not sure what that was about.
