Hello,
I’m having and issue with my light burn software. I’m using the xtool d1, I downloaded the file from xtool to import into lighburn but when I get to the import step I hit import then lightburn shuts down.
What am I missing here?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thx!!
What is the name of this file? In particular, the file extension, after the ‘.’
Do you get any type of report after this? We would like to review it for any further information it may contain.

The file extension is .lbdev
I do not get any notifications LB just closes out
