Light burn update now camera don’t work right

Ok my light burn software just upgraded to the newest version and now when I try to get background update for the camera all my machine does is run both the x and y access to the top most right corner and goes out of bounds I don’t get a image off the work space like I did before I have a 5 mp camera bought from lightburn was working fine till the update tried recalibrate the camera and re Aline but all still does the same any suggestions?

Read through this. Sounds like you’re in the same situation.

Camera image not transferring to screen grid

It sounds like you may have gone through the “Align head-mounted camera” process which is meant for cameras that are literally mounted to the head. Once done, as I understand, this can’t be undone in the current version. See if you can revert to an older version of your prefs in File->Load Prefs Backup. If you cannot, you’ll need to either manually remove the components of the prefs file related to Head-mounted camera or simply delete the prefs file entirely and start over.
