Light burn willl not work with my cr-laser falcon

lightburn sees my grble controller in my cr-laser falcon 10w but when it connects it brings the laser head to the back left corner and just runs into the back frame and grinds i hope to get this fixed soon

Is this a new install? Where does it need to home to?

Did you load the lbdev file ?

no i guess i have not i found it on the usb drive so please tell me how i do i load it.

yes it is a new install i really dont understand the the second question. Call me dumb lol.

I dont have the manual handy but look for a file called Creality Falcon2 Pro.lbdev or similar on your USB drive, you can just drag and drop it onto your Lightburn workspace to install it or Create a new laser and select it when requested by Install Prog.

I did as you have asked me to do. the laser moves to the power supply end and then starts grinding i am confused the device lists it has a cr-laser falcon

Try starting Lightburn first then power on laser, if it still happens, double check you have your origins set correctly
