Light burn x0,y0 position of a shape is x=0 and y=length of shape

When I put the position of a shape as x0,y0 light burn moves the shape to x0 and y to the height of the shape. In other words, the bottom of the shape is at y,0

How can I correct this?

The 3x3 grid on the numeric edits toolbar shows you the relative position of the select shapes from which other aspects of the numeric edits toolbar should be interpreted.

Experiment with changing the selection to a different part of the grid. In your case, I’m guessing that the selection is on the top-left of the grid. See how the other selections affect the reported position.
