Lightburn 1.2.00 doesn't find my laser/controller

Hi,

I was trying to use LightBurn 1.2.00 Trial edition with my laser, but the software doesn’t recognize my laser/controller. I tried adding my laser/controller manually and picked JCZFiber (as my controller is JCZ FBLI-V4) and finished the settings, but still disconnected. I also drew a square and imported image, and then framed them, but couldn’t see the red/light.

I’m using pretty old laptop Lenovo T420s Windows 7. Maybe it’s just too old.

My laser work well with Ezcad2

Does anyone know if I’m doing something wrong?

I believe with Windows 7, you need to manually install the driver as outline in the install instructions:
