Lightburn 1.3.00 missing USB 1410 port on MaCBOOK

After updates my usb not able, only BT, Mac Monterey don’t need drivers so what to do ?

Nothing there changed that I’m aware of. Reboot your computer to be sure the port isn’t locked, and make sure the laser is powered and connected properly.

If all of that is done and it’s still not working, let me know and we’ll try some debug steps.

i have restarted sevel times now without any
lock

Start LightBurn, then click Help > Enable Debug Logging. Click the ‘Devices’ button, then click ‘Ok’ in the devices window (that will force a search for devices). Then click the drop-down list for the ports and see what’s there.

After that, quit LightBurn. You’ll find a file in your ‘Documents’ folder called ‘LightBurnLog.txt’. Attach that file here so I can have a look.

LightBurnLog.txt (407.2 KB)

You might need drivers after all - The only ports listed in your log are bluetooth ports. The NEJE might use a CH340 driver, which you can download from here:

I have try with no lock so thanks for the reply, but I chose to buy a hub so now it’s running again
