Note that this is a very different issue than the original topic. The original issue was what seemed like a looping of the Device creation screen.
What you are experiencing is likely something different.
2 things to check:
- Did you in fact purchase the galvo version of LightBurn? Not to be confused with g-code only or DSP licenses.
- Did you go through the driver installation process as described in the documentation?

Have you switched the driver and calibrated the lens?

Is this laser an EZCad 2 compatible device?
LightBurn Free version has been installed, I understand the supplier used the driver link to do it
I am unsure what additional work (Driver and Calibration) has been done - What I do know is they have sent a Video of it cutting with LB
And yes the laser is EZCad2 compatible. I asked to verify LB will work prior to purchase
