just updated my lightburn to 2.0.04 why does it say on the top of the screen?

What do you mean? if you have updated, this is the version that is displayed
If his Bio is accurate, he has an Ortur machine. Maybe he has an xTool and forgot to tell us?
The first (laser) name is taken from the device information. How you called it in the device list.

The format for the ‘Title Bar’ (top-center) is:
project 'file' name - 'Device Profile' name - Version and type of license
