Before 2.0, I was able to burn little circles in one simple go. Now it takes about 8 pulses of my laser to do the same hole. Is there an obscure setting for that? I am burning holes into leather just about 2mm diameter, now it takes forever.

On LightBurn 2.0.0 we decoupled the Units from Display/edit and the device units.
Seems your device might not be on the correct Units.
Navigate to Laser Tools > Device Settings.
Make sure you are on the right speed/power settings
Gil, thanks for the quick response. I looked at your suggestions but I am sorry but simply cannot make sense of your suggestions. My design units are in Millimeters in Settings->Unit & Grids. My speed and power settings are in mm/sec at 100% power. I am lost!
