my 90w co2 laser by monport home position is top right corner. i installed a lightburn 8mp 120w camera. The camera home is top left blue box. when i put the diagram in on the bottom right, it shows up in the top left of the camera in light burn. how do i fix
Can you explain it more? Cameras have no home position, it should sit centrally and cover your entire work area and not move at all, unless it is a head-mounted camera.
Bernard, while trying to install the camera for calibration. It states and shows my laser bed to put the printed dots in the top left corner that highlighted transparency blue. I place it as stated, but the placement of the paper appears on the bottom right. If I move the paper to the bottom right it appears on camera in the top left
Thanks for the explanation, now I’m with you ![]()
It seems that your camera is mirrored. How does the image appear with another software?
Another thing to check is whether your home position of the laser matches your laser.
Typically, this error occurs due to alignment errors, i.e. the order of targets is not followed, but if I understand you correctly, you haven’t aligned your camera yet, have you?
Correct, im trying to install and align. The camera is centered and mounted at the highest position. I see the whole laser bed. I printed out the dots for align and focus. It tells me to place the paper top left corner in the blue box. I place it and the paper appears bottom right corner
Sounds a bit stupid, but can you rotate your camera 180 degrees? (I can mount my LB in both directions, but one is obviously wrong
)
The usb cable with the camera is ment to go right side out when facing it. I thought it could be a mirror setting in the software
I had to mount my camera body with the cable out to the left.
Ok, I will make the adjustment. I need to give myself more cable to make the adjustment
Problem solved, thank you so much
