Bought a 8mp Lightburn camera. Installed and aligned and everything. The only issue I have is that the camera freezes randomly maybe after an hour or so. The only way I have gotten it to unfreeze is unplug the camera and plug back in. No usb extension on the camera. I only used the provided cable.
Thoughts?
Check that the cable is fully plugged in and not getting loose - If the way you’ve hung the cable allows it to flex near the camera body it could be loosening.
What works for me when the camera freezes… I deselect the camera in camera control (so I don’t have any camera) and then select it again.
This might work for you as well.
You may want to shut off any power saving modes on your pc. It maybe possible that the USB is getting power down or going into a sleep mode.
