I was trying to import an Adobe Illustrator file on OS x Lightburn 9.0.2 and found that it crashes. I’m not sure if there is a problem with the file, but the application should not crash. Hopefully this stack trace will help.
If you can email the file itself to developer at lightburnsoftware I can have a look. It’s likely fairly specific to the file.
I’ll send them shortly. The AI file looked suspect and I have no other way to open it but then I opened a good PDF file but it crashed Lightburn when I attempted to import.
I take import crashes quite seriously, and tend to prioritize them over everything else. I agree that it shouldn’t crash, and example files help me home in on the issues more quickly.
