Can anyone tell me why my lightburn software thats 2 years old is asking me to buy an activation key? Just started popping up a few days ago. And the clocks ticking as it says im using the free trial period. Not sure how this happened?
This can sometimes happen when you change your PC hardware (the digital ‘fingerprint’ associated with your activation has changed, invalidating the activation). We’ve also seen instances where Windows Update has changed this.
You can more than likely just reactivate without issue, simply enter your license key to continue.
This will leave a ‘hanging’ activation on your license key, which you can use the License Portal to remove. Or, you can email Support@lightburnsoftware.com with your License Key and we can do it for you.

Thanks, not sure what happened. I had just purchased another license on another computer so wondering if maybe this confused things as my one drive is connected to all my computers which now have 3 active separate licenses running. If that makes any sense. Anyway, thanks for you help.
