Have a Ruida 6445S. Lightburn is starting up with a 0.394 radius. I have zeroed it, restarted everything but it adds the radius when cutting even though it doesn’t appear to have any radius on the box that was drawn. I have tried using RDWorks and it makes the square fine without rounded corners. I am truly confused. Any help is appreciated
With no other information I would guess that you have a kerf offset configured that you’re not expecting.
If that’s not it, can you upload an example .lbrn file where this is occurring?

Nevermind. I reinstalled, unistalled, installed older version, nothing worked.
Then I created a square with 3 rounded corners at .5 radius. Ran the job and it cut correctly. Then I zeroed the radius ran a new job with a true square and it worked. No idea what happened.
Thank you berainlb!

UPDATE The problem was kerf compensation. I had put a tiny outward kerf comp on the file and this is what causes the rounded corners
