Lightburn burning random shapes and movements

Hi , i just got my hobby diode laser, a TwoTrees TTS-25. I set up lightburn, loaded the drivers and applied all the settings. How ever once i load my artwork ( whether AI, JPEG, PNG or PDF) and hit start then the laser starts to burn random lines all over the substrate.
I have tried reloading device, uninstalling and reinstalling the software, tried different art work. Nothing seems to work, what could be the issue? any help would be appreciated.

Also let me add I have used the grbl control software with success . So I am sure the machine works well

Sounds like the pirate software issue we’ve seen a few times lately.

From where did you download the LB software?

The guy I got the laser from gave me on a flash drive with the drivers…wow amazing
