I’ve had issues with my Lightburn camera on and off for about 9 months. I went through a bunch of USB cables and configurations, extensions, single, powered and today the jumping started again. After fiddling with the cable and input swaps (to the computer) I thought, duh, I haven’t ever checked the connection at the camera. Sure enough, a little push to reseat the plug did the trick. So that should be the first place you start, at the camera. Unplug then plug it in again. Then move down to inspect the cable, connections, and power.
