I went through the Lens Calibration Wizard. Then engraved the pattern for Camera Alignment Wizard, it looks good but I can not “Capture Image”. I need to do this to get the image in the right panel so I can select 1 - 4. The laser will engrave it but won’t let me capture the image. This was asked 6 years ago with no answer. I’m running windows 11 on a new lenovo laptop using a lightburn camera and a mecpow laser.please someone tell me how to fix this I’m about to pull my hair out
Hi @kenny2
What happens when you try and capture the image of the alignment fiducials? When you say it “won’t let you” can you detail exactly what you mean and illustrate that with screenshots, please?
Your material ideally needs a bit of contrast.
Take some photos and screenshots, lets see whats going on.
I don’t know how to take a screen sot on my laptop. but I’ve checked all permissions for camera yes. I bought another camera last week and it did the same thing so I sent it back thinking it was faulty.
Basicly after I engrave the 1234 circles it will not let me capture image to complete alignment setup
If you really can not make a screenshot (and I think you can
check out @ednisley’s link), then please be more descriptive of what you see versus what you expect. “It” and “won’t let me” assume we know a lot more about your situation than we do.
What is the “it”? A little gremlin-goblin
that smacks your hand away from the computer? Or is a button, setting, or toggle switch greyed out, missing, or absent in LightBurn? We really need to see what you are seeing.
