Lightburn camera setup help!

My Neje Max 4, Why doesn’t it give a full picture of the work area, lightburn camera set up according to the manual, in the window on the right it sees the full area, what’s wrong?

What happens when you continue with setup?

See pic, when finish it only show smaller view. my old china cam show full work area !

Then there is something in the calibration process that is not done according to the book. Even if the camera is not in the center of the work surface, the program will compensate for it.

I have don calibration process 3 times with the same result, if you look at til window to right it show all, but when update the view in work area it only show the area from the calibration :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I think your window on the left shows that your work surface is not centered well enough. Possibly the field of view is just below the required height.
You can try turning your camera a little more towards the back edge, the program should be able to compensate for the crooked angles as mentioned before.

Yes, find out I am missing space in my box, sadly I have to raise 12 cm, I don’t know what censor 90,120.160??? if I have to raise camera what is it so 120? and do I have to calibrate again after raising :face_holding_back_tears:

Have you seen this?

And yes, every time you change the position of your camera, it needs to be recalibrated.

Yes but have forgot it😏 can’t find my camera ID model WN-L2103.K208L anywhere sadly.

Reverse engineer, take your camera out of the machine, use a clamp or variable tripod and measure the field of view. Use the list and compare the values.

Not full understanding but I will try, it sems like the high is best at 60cm so maybe its a 120 field, but thanks for your help, need to stop for to day :+1:
