Hi, I’ve been running the Lightburn camera for a while using a USB-A to USB-A cable to my Mac’s USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter. However, the cable is quite short, and I have a few longer USB-A to USB-C cables around. None of them work for connecting directly to my MacBook Pro 16" 2019 (which only has USB-C ports). Is the USB-A to USB-C cable not supported for the Lightburn camera?
Not sure if this helps you any but I have a 3rd party 8MP camera connected to a 2018 MBP using USB-C. I used this cable: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08MVZZTCL. Been working fine. So certainly possible to connect a camera this way, but perhaps an issue with your camera?
