Lightburn always crashing by switch on and (or) off the Commarker Uv XE
When the Machine is turned on and then start LB works fine…
the only solution is to switch to anther laser ….before shut down..
is anybody got the same??
The developers will need more information about what you mean by “crashing”. Include this information with your computer, laser, Lightburn version, and connection method details to Support@LightburnSoftware.com for the best help.

Iam on a Mac Studio / OS 26.2 Tahoe
and the Laser is a Commarker XE1 UV
Lightburn vers.2.0.05
Connected by USB
if I switch off the Device the Programm crashes immediately
if I turn on the Device while LB is open then the Programm crashes also….
another thing is in rotary mode when I hit preview then the Z axis will Rise…???

To be sure: When you say “crash”, do you mean LightBurn closes, or does it stop responding?
If it closes, you should get a LightBurn_Crash_Log.txt file saved to your Desktop. Please send this file to support@lightburnsoftware.com and mention this forum thread.
