LightBurn crashes when trying to connect to EzCad3

I’m using the original licensed EZCad3 with the authorization key inserted into the USB port. I’ve installed the latest version of LightBurn Pro 2.1.00-RC-11 with support for EZCad3 drivers. When I try to search for the correct driver, LB crashes. After manually installing it, LB crashes when I start it. If I turn off the EZCad3 machine, LB starts successfully, but if I turn on the EZCad3 machine, it crashes immediately. It’s a pity, as I really want to switch to LB.

What Win version are you using?

Windows 10 Pro 22H2

I tried it on another computer, which also has Win10, and the result was the same. When I try to connect to the LB driver, it crashes.

Did you make the Driver swap?

Yes, of course. And I saw it in the Device Manager.

You have to send the Lightburn_Crash_Log.txt file with a brief description of your system and what you were doing.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find this file on my computer. I suspect that the problem lies in the driver rather than the LB itself. I’ve checked both computers.

Then you can enable Debug Log, do your things to get to crash and send the Debug Log

Great! It worked out.
