So I have a file that is aprox 90mb in size. My linux debian crashed this afternoon and when I attempted to load up the file, it was the wrong file. Thankfully LB creates I backup I thought, so I loaded it and attempted to save as to the original name. Lightburn consistantly crashes everytime. I even attempted to delete alot of graphics from the lbrn2 file and it still crashes during saving or autosaving now. And by crash I should specify it locks up and the only option is to terminate or wait longer.
Does it only crash with that specific file or just in general?
If only with that file try importing the backup file rather than opening the file.
I see same crashes and more. Reinstalled all windows, still same crashes on fresh windows. Something strange started happening few versions ago. Either windows or Lightburn software. Seriously annoying
Can you get in touch with support@lightburnsoftware.com so we can try to diagnose the why?
90mb files leads me to think a lot of data in them. Get in touch, please, so we can try to help.
