Recently purchased a Galvo Laser SIHAO 30W.
No problem connecting to a Mac laptop but i can’t get lighburn to recognise the device on windows 10.
Downloaded the EzCad drivers but it doesn’t to connect even in manual mode.
The device is found on the device management of windows.
Any help would be appreciated,

Lightburn requires a DIFFERENT driver than EZCAD2. It’s on the website.
You’ve got the wrong driver loaded. This section of the docs will walk you through all the options to get the proper driver loaded and LightBurn seeing your galvo machine:
