Lightburn does not recognize my machine. It comes up as xtool d1 pro, but then it does not recognize

The common cause of Lightburn not connecting is XCS being open in the background and connected to the xTool D1.
Ctrl-Shift-Esc will get you the task manager so you can terminate any stuck processes.
Following the setup process on the xTool website is a great way forward.
