If you have access to a CAD program that can import the file, I think you will find numerous zero length entities in the file. See my first response to you.
I understand that. But what is not from the imported file, what I drew in lightburn, there is also an error. The dxf was the starting point, but now there are 99% new parts instead. I redesigned almost everything to build a good plane that is easy to build.
The lightburn file that I uploaded was drawn by me, it is not imported, but the error still occurs.
I found 1 zero length line in your provided file.
