Lightburn Frames but 3 beeps from Omtech on "Start"

Hi guys
I have been using my Omtech 80 W Blue with lightburn for over 5 months now
Never have had a problem

I have always just pressed “START” in lightburn and my machine started engraving

Today I was engraving cups using my rotary PIE3 and did 11 cups…but
On the 12th cup I sent the file (Just like the previous 11 times before)
And I got the dreaded 3 beeps on my Omtech
I have rebooted both machines,and have checked my water level on my cooler

I am not getting any code errors on the Omtech
and when I “SEND” the file instead of “START” it does send to the omtech but it wont fire the laser
just 3 beeps again

any ideas on why all 11 files started but the 12th one wont?

They are PDF files
Simple Names for the cups
running windows 10 newest update
Running Lightburn Newest update
Switched USB cable
rebooted several times both machines

Im stuck
Please help

UPDATE

The file must have gotten corrupted
because when I made a new PDF file and pressed “START” from lightburn
My omtech 80W jumped into position and engraved perfectly

If I’m doing more than one, I send it to the Ruida and use the memory file for all the items I need to do. You need to be at the machine to change material anyway. New material and press start on the Ruida console and re-run the same file…
