I test the software before I buy it.
lightburn 0.9.19 remains stuck on busy on my laser, while in the release notes, the bug was announced as fixed.
Can we do something about this problem, because if it doesn’t work with my machine, I won’t buy it.
Yet it makes me envy it because it looks good.

I am having a similar issue. I have been using Light Burn for the past 15 days, ever since I did the Light Burn update I am having problems connecting.
I can connect my laser, move my laser into position, but when I press start I get a message that says “There was a problem sending data to the laser. Machine may be busy or paused.”
So I try to restart the device several time, then once in a while it will respond.
I have attached a picture of the message and a screen shot of the console tab. please let me know what I can do.

Is a solution possible?
When I bought the ortur laser master 2 it was advised to use Lightburn but it doesn’t work.
I am rather disappointed and angry that the manufacturer does not answer me here and does not find a solution.

We dont visit all other forums very often so reponses can be slightly delayed
What seems to be happening is your projects throw an alarm 2
Then when this happens the machine needs to be power cyclied (Off/on) to clear the problem
Only then it can reconnect normally
The issue with the alarm 2 has to do mostly with the job start position you are using
I am however unable to see this in your screen shots
But what seems unusual is the console outputs
I sugest this
Close lightburn, turn off ortur
Turn on ortur. Does it home on its own correctly?
If yes turn on lightburn, allow it to connect
In console type the following command
$#
Press enter
This will output a grid of values
Verify line G54. Is it empty or shows any values other than x0 y0
Once this is done, try opening and running in anbsolute coordenates the following test
