My Lightburn software is telling my Xtool D1 Pro 20w to engrave above where it is supposed to. It Frames the image as described in pictures perfectly. It engraves the image from left to right in the correct position. It DOES NOT engrave in the correct starting position on the material from the bottom of the material. It always seems to be about 1/2" on average above the correct position. I have included Lightburn Pic and the actual burn pic

Are you using the red laser pointer for positioning/framing or are you using the primary laser light?
One unusual thing I’m seeing with your Device Settings is that you have a -16 mm pointer offset for both X and Y. I believe your machine typically only has a -16 mm X offset. This could account for why you’re seeing the machine burn ~1/2" above.
Do you know how that offset got there? Are you using the .lbdev as supplied from xTool? If inadvertent, remove the Y component and see if that works for you.
Hello, Thanks for replying, I am using the Red cross-hair lines for framing. Much easier to see. Also, I will change the offset on the Y. It might have gotten there by me by accident. Can you explain to me why there is an offset? Thanks again

The red laser is not located at the same location as the primary laser. It is mounted offset from the primary laser. Because of that, in order to use it for pointing an offset needs to be defined that defines the distance between the red laser and the primary laser. This way LightBurn knows that even if you aim with the red laser that it must adjust by the offset when it comes time to actually start burning.
Because you had the Y offset also, LightBurn was adjusting accordingly when you in fact did not need or want that.
