Wir haben per Mail Kontakt aufgenommen mit dem Support….
Eine „nichts sagende“ automatische Antwort
Geld weg…… keine Lizenz
Haben wir zuwenig Geduld???

We paid for the license on 01/24/22 via Paypal
We contacted support via email.
A “blank” automatic response
Money gone… no license
Do we have enough patience???

You should have received 2 different emails from LightBurn. One is the invoice and the other is the license key. Check all email including junk/spam folder.

How did you contact support? It should be support@lightburnsoftware.com. If that’s not the one you used email them again using that address.

Possibly, or too many email addresses. The key was sent to your iCloud email address, which is not the email used for your support request, but it was what was given to us when you placed your order.
