Payment made March 2nd still haven’t received the LightBurn license key. Who do we chat with to fix the issue?
If you have not found it by searching your mail for “LightBurn License Key” via the email you provided (check spam folder), please send email to support AT LightBurnSoftware DOT com and include the name you used when ordering and any other helpful information. We will get it sorted.
Normally our License Bot sends out your new key within 5 mins of clearing the order.
