Lightburn license randomly de-activates?



Lightburn at seemingly random times stops responding. Wont let me save a project, run a project, etc. After closing lightburn and then re-opening I get prompted to activate a license. I’m not on a free trial, and have activated my license on this PC already. After logging in and out several times it finally recognizes the license. Frustrating problem as I may be editing a project and then unable to save the changes made, not to mention the frustration of logging in an out a bunch of times. Yes using the latest version. Anyone else have this problem? Been using lightburn for about 6 months and this only started happening a few weeks ago.

First question has to be, where did you get lightburn and the license key from?

It is best to contact LightBurn directly with this problem, they can see “from home” what kind of license it is and possible problem solve it too.
