My longer ray5 laser keeps stopping, shows alarm 3 motion detected when there’s nothing near or around the machine. It tells me to shutdown and restart, then it doesn’t continue to start where it stopped on project, wasting material. I downloaded new software upgrade version 2.0, then read it cause problems so I deleted it and went back to the prior version I had. Very frustrated, help.
