I made a square and an octagonal one comes out perfect only in the round one it is coming out like this, I think there is something activated or deactivated in the software configuration

This appears to be the one that is generated by the license integrity tester in LightBurn. This is what is expected when the integrity check fails.

You can check the Hosts file in Windows 10 to see if the License Tool Cryptlex has been re-routed.

Activate Free Trial - Failed to connect to Server due to Network Error

Hi, I’m running Windows 11 through a private/personal firewall and get the “Failed to connect to Server due to Network Error” when trying to activate the Free Trial. After reading the other posts with the same issue I have checked that Lightburn has access through the firewall, but when I went to add a specific rule for api.cryptlex.com I couldn’t find the path for it. What am I missing? Also, when I click on the documentation links, it fails to open <lightburnsoftware.github.io> Thanks Joh…
