Hello everyone, I’m new here and could use some help setting up a Ruida Boss Laser on the network. We’re trying to connect a laptop (currently on Wi-Fi, though we can also test via Ethernet) to the Boss Laser, which is connected through Ethernet. Both are on the same 192.168.141.XX subnet and VLAN, but we still can’t establish a connection. Any guidance on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Step 2 is to create a unique IP address for your laser, if it’s not working, try a few different IP addresses by varying the last segment.
Hi Jess, yes, we did. We reserved the IP, and the laser is pingable from the computer. We followed the IP configuration, but the only difference is that the LS1420 doesn’t have an option to set the IP gateway. Is there any other workaround or setting we can try?
