LightBurn no reconoce ruida (LightBurn does not recognize Ruida)

Hola.
Gracias.

Hello. I have a DSP license in LightBurn but it is impossible for me to recognize my noise controlled CO2 laser RDC6445G. I have searched for it manually and find noise, but it still does not connect to the laser. Do I need any controller? The machine comes prepared for rdworks but I work with Mac and it is very difficult for me to open the .exe of the program. So I hope that with LightBurn and with the extended license to DSP it will work for me.
Thank you.

“you may need to check the ‘Install FTDI Driver’ button”, I know for Windows based PCs you need the FTDI driver, not sure on a Mac.

Saludos.

hello. Thank you very much, but that’s not it. I have tried everything. I wait until tomorrow for the technicians to tell me. Greetings.

gracias.

Nothing, the machine technicians insist that it should recognize the laser, but it doesn’t. I need help please.
thank you.

The direct connection of the Mac to the Ruida through the USB connection may prove very difficult.

You may have more success running a Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable from your laser engraver to your switch or router and addressing and communicating with your engraver over your local network.

Because of the unique communication challenges Mac users have with Ruida controllers, LightBurn offers the LightBurn Bridge to allow you to treat your laser engraver like a wireless device.

Hola. Muchas gracias.
Saludos.

Hello. Thank you so much. I have mentioned it to the technicians and I hope they will answer me tomorrow. The machine actually comes prepared with a Wi-Fi module, so, I understand, you could directly connect the computer to the laser.
Very grateful for the reply.
Greetings.
