For 2 days now I am having the same problem with Lightburn not detecting my device. I have a Thunderbolt Laser and was working fine on Friday. I have replaced the USB cord (twice), uninstalled software and reinstalled it, reinstalled the previous version, tried 2 different laptops (both HP running Windows 10) and still not detecting my laser. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Use Ethernet and put the Ruida on your local lan.
