Im just creating a square with text and trying to laser that as a test.
Just downloaded a test pattern and power is at 25% and nothing firing, no laser?
Also, make sure your focus height is correct.
Can you send us a screenshot where we can see your settings in LightBurn?
Now would be a good time to try Gweikeās own software to see whether itās a hardware issue.
Tried Gweike own software it does not find the laser?
Ive taken the cover off the tube and I see no light when trying to run a print.
Also I notice the rear fan does not work?
Laser issue resolved.
Via Gweike support I found out at the rear of the machine is a power knob that was turned down all it needed was to turn it up, duh?
Didnt know that was there.
That must be the mains switch next to the power cord. I didnāt ask about this because you said, āworks fine but again no laserā
Iāll put that at the top of the troubleshooting steps.

Yes if I had known that was for the power output I would of turned it up, but I wasnt aware it was related to the laser.
