Lightburn Not Responding Constantly

Hello,

First time downloading the software kinda, I did get it for my previous computer but didn’t actually use it on the laser itself. Initially I was just looking at what the software was like.

My new laptop is a Acer Aspire A715-41G. 8GB Ram, AMD Ryzen 5 3550H which is about twice as powerful as my computer.
However, as soon as I load up Lightburn it crashes saying not responding. I can’t do anything without it saying not responding. It does work on my computer however.
I’ve downloaded the windows 64bit version.
Any ideas what’s going on?

Wanted to add I’m using version 0.9.16, I’ve tried 0.9.15 incase with no joy.
My opening screen looks like this:

We’re dealing with this over email - have sent steps to wipe the device profile, as it looks like the device page size is completely hosed.

All sorted thanks!

For anyone interested/incase it happens.
The table was being set up as 15x15m!
Deleted the preferences from the preferences folder then added the laser manually as for some reason it was auto inputting the 15x15m.

All works now from what I’ve tested!
Still occasionally glitches if I’m trying to be really quick with it but otherwise works.

In the console, type $$ and press enter - what do you see for $130 and $131 (these are the travel limits for the machine, and should be set to the size of the work area).
