Lightburn not responding when camera loaded

Hi i have lightburn camera when i try to set it up picture freezes and lightburn stops responding rudia controller any help please

Could you share with us what Operating System?
If windows, which version?

Also, what LightBurn version please?

Question - or rate request please.

If you go to Help > Enable Debug Log

Then open the LightBurn camera and try to take a picture.

When it hangs, crash it by clicking the close
then go to
your default Documents folder and locate a file called lightburn.txt

If you open it in, for example a notepad, could you maybe see if any errors happen there.
Or if you prefer trim the file to show just the last
