New user to Lightburn and XTool. I have read the tutorials but still having this issue. I set an image on the grid in Lightburn, when I frame the image the XTtool will only burn a straight line not the image. It does the same when I start the process. Is there a setting I am missing or could it be the drivers. The device and comport are correct.
Are you able to jog up and down using the Move controls?
What is your speed set to? Your xTool may not be able to process commands quickly enough if your speed is too high, and that can cause the output you’re seeing. Try slowing it down a bit and seeing if that helps.
Do you have the rotary enable? You can find this in the Ratory windows.
