Hope the title wasn’t to confusing. I have LB installed on my computer in my workshop to my lasers. I also have the 2nd copy installed on my Office Computer at home where I do all my art work and graphic files to be burned. When I go to setup the device at my office computer it ask for port and it does a search for device (serial com). I don’t need to do any laser printing from this computer just use it to create the file and transfer it to my workshop computer. It just says searching for device which it will never find any thoughts
Cancel out of the ‘Find my Laser’. You will need to add a ‘Device Profile’ and have it match so the files built are designed using the target profile. You should also have access to the same fonts used or convert text to paths first to ensure things look as expected.
You can add this ‘Device Profile’ using the ‘Create Manually’ or use the ‘Export’ button from the workshop computer, then ‘Import’ that file to your office system.
